Low resolution warnings appear for a variety of reasons. This can happen if you uploaded your image at a lower quality than is required for the item or size you are ordering. This is most likely the case if you have uploaded from your computer and you know the original image is high quality. If you have imported your images from Facebook, My Space and other public and social websites it is likely to be at a low resolution and unsuitable for some projects and print sizes. Many social website automatically resize your file to a much lower resolution even though they may have been professional or high quality images in the beginning. If this is the case we would recommend uploading the original image from your computer. Uploading images downloaded from websites and email can also be the cause of low resolution warnings as they usually resized to a much lower resolution.
