If you have a camera that has stopped working and it's still under warranty all you need to do is print off the Camera Warranty form, follow the instructions and send your camera direct to the wholesale company that supplied the camera. Warranty is not dependant on the retailer being involved. Just send your camera with the details filled in on the form along with proof of purchase and you can have your camera returned to you in the shortest possible time.
 
For cameras outside warranty Eastmon Online customers can also deal direct with our recommended repairers. You can even ring up and talk to them about your repair before you send it. Just print the form and follow the instructions.
